StepStones for Youth is a unique organization, committed to addressing an identified need to develop essential life skills for youth in Ontario. We offer programming that provides resources and opportunities to learn valuable life skills in a safe, supportive, and positive environment.

Founded in 2004, StepStones strives to continually provide an energetic, diverse, and dedicated approach to programming for the youth involved with our programs. We are committed to hiring and training a team of diversely skilled, self motivated staff who will not only lead through instruction, but also by example.

Combined, StepStones founding partners have spent twenty years working in residential camp settings that specifically address the needs of youth from a variety of social and economic backgrounds. In addition, they are accredited teachers and social workers, and have experience organizing community youth programming, and operating residential group homes for high-risk teens.
