Lexus has a Bachelor of Arts in Community Development & Policy Studies and she’s been working in frontline, supervisory and administrative roles within the non-profit sector for the past eight years. She’s skilled in program development, central intake, community outreach, youth engagement, and program facilitation. She’s a passionate community leader who’s always focusing on growth and development and supporting children, youth and families to fulfill their full potential. She’s an animal lover with two amazing dogs at home, Cairo and Pharoah, and she loves being outdoors, hiking and keeping active through Crossfit. She’s also a car enthusiast and loves customizing her ‘01 Honda Prelude. She’s excited to be part of an organization that puts youth first and fosters an amazing work culture that supports staff to the fullest.
