Refer A Youth

StepStones for Youth is committed to supporting youth who are 10 to 25 years old and who are on Continued Care & Support for Youth (CCSY), Ready Set Go (RSG), Voluntary Youth Services Agreement (VYSA), or who are currently in or exiting the foster care or group home child protection system. At this time, we are only accepting referrals for youth living in Toronto (postal codes beginning with “M”). If this changes in the future, updates will be posted on this page, so please check back for the most current information.
