Ciara is originally from Ireland and lived in Scotland for just over 10 years. She completed her Social Work degree in Scotland and worked for the country’s Children’s Aid Society equivalent before moving to Canada in March 2020. She has always enjoyed working with children and young people and ensuring that their voices are heard in all aspects of their lives. She’s a strong believer in mental health awareness and removing the stigma within society. Ciara also really enjoys travelling and seeing new places, music, playing sports (Irish ones that people have probably never heard of!) and spending time with family and friends.
